About

I build automations that remove manual work: AI/LLM services, RPA scenarios, scrapers, system integrations. Started in business-client support at Yandex and Modulbank; these days I run automation at product and e-commerce companies.

I work at the seam of engineering and operations: writing scripts and integrations, standing up infrastructure. And I talk to the business a lot – without a shared goal, automation turns into a zoo of scripts.

I love simplifying complexity. The best part is when a process stops needing a human after launch: easier for the team, cheaper for the business.

Creator of Remorvi (8,400+ users, 38,000+ files, solo from idea to launch) and Morvi (an AI image-generation marketplace, in development). Open source at github.com/willowite, the rest lives in Projects.

"The best automation is the one you never notice: requests find the right owner on their own, reports assemble themselves, and people get to focus on the work."

Experience

US e-commerce brand, top-7 on Amazon (NDA)

now

Company name under NDA. Scale disclosed: a US beauty brand ranked top-7 in its Amazon category, with products ranked #1 in their subcategories, and an international team of ~200 employees.

  • Built a single intake point for ~200 employees: Slack workflows with automatic routing and department tagging. Scattered DMs are gone.
  • Replaced part of the paid SaaS subscriptions with in-house scrapers and automations (Amazon: reviews, ratings, products; hh.ru, LinkedIn) – saving tens of thousands of dollars a year.
  • Rolled out an AI service for marketplace review responses and analytics into daily support and marketing work: part of the responses now run on automation, response time dropped.
  • Set up and maintained infrastructure for these services: VPS, proxies, Docker, CI/CD.

Spix

now

Spix – an AI platform for managing marketplace reviews: 10M+ reviews processed, integrations with 12 platforms, among its clients 12 of the top-20 sellers in Russia.

  • Built out tier 1-3 support operations: escalations, SLAs, and coordination with engineering and analytics.
  • Moved monthly reporting for leadership to full automation: dashboards and key metrics instead of manual data pulls.
  • Integrated AI assistants into support workflows: routine requests moved to automation, easing the team's load.
  • Connected Ozon, Wildberries, and Yandex Market integrations for analytics and monitoring.

Ticketscloud

Ticketscloud – a ticketing platform: 721K+ events, ~3,000 organizers (Comedy Club, "Dikaya Myata"); acquired by MTS in 2023-2024.

  • Built the technical department from scratch: hired and onboarded tier-2 specialists, managers, and technical designers; set KPIs and areas of ownership.
  • Automated routine processes without pulling in engineering: workflows linking Telegram, Slack, Intercom, Google Sheets, and Make; a no-code admin panel for support.
  • Rolled out AI-driven solutions to replace outdated manual processes; dashboards made management reporting transparent.

  • Handled complex organizer cases and internal support processes; promoted to head the department after three months.

Payture

Payture – payment processing for major e-commerce and travel companies: 100M+ transactions a year, with clients including Lamoda, OneTwoTrip, Tele2, and Yandex.Eda.

  • Supported the payment infrastructure: transaction log analysis, API diagnostics, terminal setup, payment scenarios, holds, and refunds.

Modulbank

Modulbank – a digital bank for small business: 100K+ companies and sole proprietors; #1 in usability testing among SMB online banks (2022).

  • Handled complex incidents alongside engineering and coordinated the technical support line.
  • POS equipment, acquiring, the bank's API, and third-party integrations.
  • First-line support for business owners: accounts, payments, day-to-day small-business questions.

Yandex

Support for Yandex Direct advertisers – a B2B platform serving hundreds of thousands of companies.

  • Handled B2B client inquiries across ecosystem services; knowledge-base additions reduced repeat requests on common questions.

Influe

Online school by Influe, the #1 Telegram project on AI influencing: 67,000+ subscribers.

  • Mentored creators: feedback on their work and guidance from idea to finished AI content.
  • Taught AI tooling: image and video generation, prompting, production workflows.
  • Handled the school's coding tasks: scripts and automations for the learning process.

Projects

Prepares AI photos and videos for publishing: after processing, content looks shot on a real phone. Cleans and rewrites metadata (C2PA, EXIF, IPTC, XMP) with a real camera profile: device, geolocation, capture time – say iPhone 17 Pro Max, Miami Beach, 14:30. Fits social media, marketplaces, and republishing. Telegram bot in production, web app with in-browser checking (in development).
